  • 200 g + 50 g white sugar
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 125 g of ground almond flour
  • 125 g ground hazelnut flour
  • The zest of 1 lemon and the juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

Step 1: In a bowl, add the egg yolk and beat it until medium consistency using a hand mixer.
