The place where she cuts the cake is decorated with balloons to celebrate her day. In the video, Neetu is seen cutting a chocolate cake, covered in dripping chocolate and topped with candies! Chocolate Cake Recipe: Here’s How to Make a Chocolate Cake

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, add the sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. In another bowl, break the eggs and whisk well. Slowly add the sugar and whisk until fluffy. Add a cup of oil, milk, coffee and vanilla essence. Mix well. Stir this mixture into the bowl containing the flour mixture. Pour into the cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the glaze, whisk together the sifted icing sugar and the butter. Add vanilla essence as a flavoring agent. Melt the cocoa nibs and stir them into the mixture. Gently spread the frosting over the cake once it is baked and cooled.
