Ditch Maida, Make This No-Bake Suji Chocolate Cake Without Eggs!

1. Take a cup of sooji or semolina, add it to a grinding jar, followed by sugar. Mix them together.

2. To this fine powder add a little virgin olive oil.

3. Add the fresh curd, followed by the milk.

4. Add some cocoa powder. Mix everything for a minute.

5. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Make sure the batter is the consistency of a ribbon, if it’s too thick add a little milk to thin it out.

6. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
