A server reported at Chili’s has revealed a “hack” when the chain’s famous melted chocolate cake is overcooked.
TikTok user @fortheloveof_money, who goes by the name S. Garcia on the platform, posted a video last week showing how they made the popular dessert.
THE VIRAL THREE-INGREDIENT CREME BRULEE RECIPE IS “LOVE AT FIRST MOUTH” YOU CAN MAKE AT HOME
In the video – which had the words, “When you cook too much [sic] the melted chocolate cake”, superimposed on it – Garcia shows the collapsed melted chocolate cake.
Garcia then fills the center with what appears to be chocolate fudge, then drizzles what appears to be caramel sauce over the cake before topping it with vanilla ice cream.
The video was captioned “I haven’t received a complaint yet”, along with hashtags such as “#serverhacks” and “#hacks”.

“Not complaining,” one person wrote. “It’s amazing anyway.”
Someone else said, “I’d still eat it.”

However, other reviewers weren’t so thrilled.
“Which restaurant is this?” one person commented. “So I can never go there.”
Another commenter wrote, in part: “This looks like garbage.”
“Yeah, that sounds like shit,” someone else said.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Garcia and Chili’s parent company, Brinker International, for comment.
